Tamiya is delighted to announce this limited edition color variation of that perennial classic racing buggy The
Grasshopper (Item 58346, from 2005). It first appeared in 1984 (Item 58043) and became an instant hit as an
entry level buggy that could keep up with its owner’s driving experience. So whether you’re just starting out in
the world of R/C or fancy a trip down memory lane, this is bound to be an interesting item for you!
About the Model
• This is a 1/10 scale R/C model assembly kit.
• The distinctive body of the Grasshopper is molded in durable Black plastic, and can be used without
painting.
• The simple but tough 2WD chassis features a monocoque setup that can absorb any type of rough handling.
It features independent swing axle front and rigid axle rear suspension.
• The marking stickers from Item 58346 are given a new color scheme.
• Type 380 motor included. Please note that this model is not compatible with Type 540 motors.
• Fluorescent yellow wheels add a splash of color to the model. They come with paddle pattern rear and
grooved front tires.
