PS-37 Translucent Red, polycarbonate spray paint

PS-37 Translucent Red is a polycarbonate spray paint developed for model finishing, with a transparent red tone that keeps the character of the bodyshell visible beneath the colour layer. The aerosol can holds 100 ml, giving a practical format for coating larger curved sections as well as tighter contours around arches, pillars and roof edges. Because the colour is translucent, the final look depends on the layer beneath it as well as the spray coat itself. For colours PS-37 to PS-40, backing with PS-41 Light Silver is recommended, which helps bring out a brighter, more luminous result. This makes PS-37 useful for shells that rely on layered paintwork rather than a flat opaque finish. On polycarbonate RC bodies, the transparent red tone can preserve moulded lines and window masking transitions instead of covering them with a solid block of colour. In workshop use, the spray format supports steady passes across broad panels and controlled coverage on shaped sections where a brush would leave a different finish. It suits body painting sessions focused on colour depth, masked graphics and custom race-inspired liveries on polycarbonate shells and similar model parts.
