PS-53 Lame Flake Transparent, spray paint, 100 ml

PS-53 Lame Flake Transparent is a polycarbonate spray paint with a translucent flake finish that gives model bodyshells a layered, light-catching look. The aerosol can contains 100 ml, making it suited to coating larger formed sections where an even sprayed layer matters more than brush application. The paint is intended for polycarbonate surfaces, so it fits the finishing needs of RC car bodies and other clear formed parts used in model building. Its transparent character lets the underlying shell and backing colour influence the final appearance rather than covering the surface with a flat opaque coat. The flake effect adds visible texture in changing light, which can make curved roofs, arches and side panels read differently as the model moves or is viewed from different angles. The product data recommends PS-5 black when painting with this colour, a combination that can deepen the final tone and strengthen contrast behind the transparent layer.
