PS-55 Flat Clear, polycarbonate spray paint

PS-55 Flat Clear is a polycarbonate spray paint designed to give RC bodyshells a matt clear finish while preserving selected glossy details. Applied over the inside of a polycarbonate body, the coating changes the surface effect without covering the underlying colour, so the shell keeps its painted appearance with a flatter final look. The masking method is what makes this spray especially useful for detailed bodywork. Headlights, windows, rear lights and other areas that should stay glossy are masked from the outside before spraying, while the remaining surfaces receive the flat clear coat. This creates a clear visual contrast between transparent or light-style sections and the surrounding panels. The 100 ml can suits hobby bench use and gives enough material for focused finishing work on model car bodies and similar formed polycarbonate parts. In workshop use, PS-55 fits the final stage of body preparation, when a painted shell needs a different surface character rather than a new colour. It works well for race bodies, road car shells and custom RC projects where matt panels and glossy detail zones need to sit side by side with a clean, controlled result.
