TS-64 Dark Mica Blue Gloss is a 100 ml spray paint for model finishing, formulated as a synthetic lacquer that cures in a short time and helps cover larger surfaces with a consistent coat. The dark mica blue gloss colour gives car bodies a rich metallic look that stands out under light and suits both factory-style finishes and custom paint schemes. The aerosol format is especially useful when a build calls for broad, smooth colour coverage across body panels, roofs and curved sections that are harder to finish evenly with a brush. Tamiya states that one can is enough to fully cover 2 to 3 car model bodies in 1/24 scale, which gives a practical guide for planning paint use before a project starts. After the main coat has been applied, acrylic and enamel paints can be used for smaller details because the TS lacquer layer is not affected by them.
