Finishing Abrasives P1200 brings controlled, fine sanding to model making and detail work, with a grit grade suited to refining surfaces before the next finishing step. The sheets are made for modification and finishing tasks on Tamiya builds, where clean transitions and even surfaces matter across small parts and visible sections. The abrasive can be used on metal, plastic and wood, which makes it useful across mixed-material projects without changing to a different sheet for each surface. Wet or dry application allows the sanding method to match the task, whether a damp pass is preferred while smoothing a painted area or a dry pass suits quick correction work on edges and joins. The clog-resistant surface helps the abrasive keep cutting more evenly during repeated strokes, especially when working on filler, coatings or fine surface irregularities.
