The sheets are intended for modifying and finishing Tamiya ranges and can be used on metal, wood and plastic, making them useful across mixed-material builds on the workbench. The P400 grade is suited to smoothing joins, cleaning up adjusted edges and evening out surfaces after shaping or correction work. Wet or dry use allows the sanding method to match the task, with water helping manage sanding residue on delicate areas and dry use supporting quick bench work between assembly and paint preparation. The clog-resistant abrasive surface helps maintain cutting action through repeated passes, which is especially useful when working across seams, corners and small shaped sections.
