Mark Fit 40ml is a decal solvent for scale models that helps wet slide decals settle onto curved and uneven surfaces with a cleaner, closer finish. The clear liquid comes in a 40 ml bottle with an attached brush, making it easy to apply the solvent exactly where the decal needs support. The application method is part of what makes the formula useful in detailed model work. First, the solvent is brushed onto the area where the decal will sit. After the decal is placed, it can be slid into position with a wet finger, then excess water and trapped air can be removed with a soft cloth or cotton swab. A second coat over the decal helps it conform more closely to the model surface while it dries. This sequence is especially helpful around bumpy sections, curved bodywork and other shapes where decals are harder to settle evenly. On a body shell, fairing, tank or other contoured part, Mark Fit supports sharper decal placement without changing the graphic itself.
