Craft Knife II hobby cutter with auto-lock blade

Craft Knife II combines a slim retractable format with an ergonomic black handle and a stainless steel segmented blade for precise hobby cutting. The auto-lock slider fixes the blade at the selected extension, helping maintain a steady feel when trimming masking film, scoring sheet material or cutting clean lines through paper and card at the workbench. The blade is made from high-carbon stainless steel with a thickness of 0.38 mm, a detail that supports a fine cutting edge while adding resistance to rust. When the cutting edge dulls, the rear clip detaches by squeezing the tabs on both sides and serves as a blade snapper for removing worn sections. The blade can also be removed, reversed and reinstalled for left-handed use, so the same knife adapts to different hand positions without changing the handle layout. Commercially available small cutter knife replacement blades are compatible. On a model bench, in a craft corner or beside a cutting mat for decal and masking work, the compact body keeps the tool easy to place, pick up and reset between cuts. The retractable blade format also suits short, repeated trimming passes where controlled extension matters as much as edge sharpness.
