Fine Craft Saw Blades, scribing tool set 0.1 mm

This set of Fine Craft Saw blades is made for precise scribing and detail recovery in model work. The 0.1 mm stainless steel construction supports narrow cuts when seam cleanup has softened surrounding detail, and it also helps deepen existing panel lines with a controlled, fine kerf. On the etched sheet, 6 blades are arranged in 2 rows of 3, ready for careful removal and use at the bench. The blade selection combines straight profiles with rounded profiles, which gives more flexibility across flat sections, curved bodywork and tighter access points. Compared with Item 74094, these blades use smaller teeth and a finer pitch, which suits more delicate surface work where heavier cutting action would be too coarse. The material is stainless steel, and the thin profile keeps the cutting edge focused on light engraving and detail correction rather than broad removal. Fold the grips over and the saws can be used on their own for close hand control during panel restoration, trim work or fine surface adjustment. When a longer handle is preferred, the blades may also be fitted to Modeler's Knife Item 74040. At the workbench, that combination supports steady passes along engraved lines, corners and shaped sections on scale models.
