Fine Engraving Blade 0.2mm, craft tool blade

The Fine Engraving Blade 0.2mm is a precision craft tool blade for adding narrow engraved lines to plastic model surfaces. Made from tungsten carbide, it combines a very fine 0.2 mm blade thickness with a 25 mm overall length and a 2 mm shank, creating a compact format suited to controlled hand work on small details. This blade is used by inserting it into a compatible engraving blade holder or pin vise, then drawing it lightly across the surface in several passes to cut a clean groove. The documented use method focuses on a pull stroke rather than pushing down with force, which helps avoid raised edges, distortion, or blade bite in the material. A colour mark on the shank identifies the thickness, so this 0.2 mm version can be separated quickly from 0.1 mm, 0.3 mm, and 0.5 mm blades in the same range. An engraving blade holder is sold separately. On model parts, templates, and panel line work, the narrow profile supports crisp scribing where broader blades would remove too much material. The included case stores up to 10 blades, keeping spare and in-use blades together between work sessions. Protective goggles are recommended during use, as plastic shavings can form while engraving.
