Spray-Work Airbrush Cleaning Brush Standard

The Spray-Work Airbrush Cleaning Brush Standard is a maintenance tool for Tamiya Spray-Work series airbrushes, made to clean the paint cup area and the section where the cup attaches to the airbrush. Its standard brush size also supports cleaning at the front opening, where twisting motion helps lift paint residue from the nozzle area during routine care. The instructions show 2 brush types in the wider cleaning system, with this version identified as the standard brush for broader internal access than the extra-fine option. It is used as part of airbrush servicing that can include removing the paint cup, loosening the needle chuck screw, and taking off the nozzle cover, nozzle and needle cover for deeper cleaning. A nozzle wrench is used for the front assembly during that process. The brush is not for use with Tamiya Airbrush Lite series airbrushes from Sparmax. On the workbench, this brush fits into regular maintenance between painting sessions or during a more thorough strip-down when spray performance starts to change. Used with care on the correct Spray-Work airbrush, it helps keep narrow passages and attachment points clear for cleaner operation in model painting tasks.
