1:35 US M551 Sheridan, plastic model assembly kit

This 1:35 scale plastic model assembly kit recreates the US M551 Sheridan as a Vietnam War vehicle, combining the tank's compact airborne design with the striking presence of its 152 mm gun/launcher. At 185 mm long and 80 mm wide, the finished model has a display-friendly size that still leaves room for the Sheridan's low hull, turret equipment and distinctive silhouette to read clearly from every angle. The build is based on extensive research of the actual Sheridan and focuses on configuration details seen in service. Nylon mesh is included to recreate the anti-RPG net and the engine grille mesh, adding texture that contrasts with the hard surfaces of the hull and turret. The model also captures periscope components with clear parts, while the driver's hatch can be built open or closed and still rotates once assembled. Commander and loader figures are included, along with a torso driver figure, giving the vehicle a crewed appearance without needing extra accessories. On the bench, the one-piece straight track sections help with orderly assembly around the suspension, while the optional field equipment supports a more specific Vietnam War look. Once finished, the 2 marking options allow different unit presentations, whether the model is placed in a military collection, photographed in a diorama setting, or displayed as a single armored vehicle with crew figures in place. Cement and paints are required separately.
