1:35 US Med. MBT M26 Pershing, plastic assembly kit

The 1:35 US Med. MBT M26 Pershing plastic assembly kit recreates the T26E3 with the long 90 mm gun, the rounded turret and the distinctive boat hull style underside that defined this late WWII American tank. At 245 mm in length, the finished model carries the low, heavy look of the full-size vehicle and gives military displays a strong focal point. Surface treatment is a major part of this build. Separate engine grille parts break up the rear deck with sharper definition, while the cast iron appearance on the hull and turret adds a convincing contrast to flatter armor panels once paint and weathering are applied. The suspension is movable, which helps the running gear conform to uneven groundwork on a diorama base instead of forcing a rigid, level pose. Crew hatches can be assembled open or closed, changing the silhouette of the turret and allowing different display choices. Decals for 4 different markings support several finishing directions without changing the core vehicle. The included 2 torso crew figures and machine gun ammunition boxes give the turret area extra activity for a parked vehicle scene, a frontline setup or a command moment on a display base. Assembly is required, and the stated assembly time is 600 minutes. Paints, cement and tools are required separately.
