1:48 F-16CJ Fighting Falcon, aircraft model kit

This 1:48 aircraft model kit recreates the F-16CJ Fighting Falcon Block 50, the USAF variant configured for SEAD missions with the HARM Targeting System. The finished aircraft measures about 316 mm in fuselage length with a 197 mm wingspan, giving the sleek blended wing body and single-engine fighter layout a strong presence on the shelf or workbench. The airframe is shaped to reflect the curved canopy line and the compact proportions of the original jet, while the canopy itself can be set open or closed to change the final look. Horizontal stabilizers remain movable, and the flaperons can be modeled in either the up or down position to match different ground or flight-prep scenes. One pilot figure is included, with a choice of standard flight helmet or JHMCS helmet. The kit also provides external stores used on this version, including AGM-88 HARM missiles, AIM-120C AMRAAM, AIM-9M and AIM-9X Sidewinder missiles, external fuel tanks, an ECM pod and an HTS pod. Markings for 3 aircraft open up different finishing routes, including a 2005 Misawa Air Base aircraft and a 2005 Spangdahlem Air Base aircraft. Assembly time is listed as 600 minutes.
