1:35 Chasmosaurus Diorama, assembly kit

This 1:35 assembly kit builds a Chasmosaurus diorama with an adult dinosaur, a young dinosaur and a scenic base, turning paleontology research into a compact display scene. The adult figure measures 168 mm and the young figure 68 mm, so the finished composition reads immediately as a parent-and-young pairing in a Late Cretaceous setting. The sculpting follows the latest available research cited in the kit data, with skin texture and body shape reproduced for a more natural look across the frill, limbs and tail. Two different front left and rear right legs are provided for the adult, allowing a choice of pose during the build. The base adds a dry river bed, rock forms, footprints and a dead tree, and the tree can be placed upright or fallen to change the balance of the scene. A name plate can be fitted in 2 positions, while the tortoise and lizard details extend the ground scene with extra points of interest. Assembly is required, with a stated build time of 600 minutes. Plastic cement and paints are required separately. Once completed, the same-scale human figure gives a direct visual comparison beside the dinosaurs, whether the diorama is placed on a shelf, in a study area or among other 1:35 natural history models.
