The 1:10 Wild Willy 2000 RC assembly kit brings the animated stance of the mid-1980s original into a WR-02 chassis layout built for rough-terrain driving. Its larger tires, rear-wheel-drive setup and fitted wheelie bar create the signature wheels-up action, while the olive-drab body, roll cage, roof lights and seated driver figure give the model a strong off-road character on the bench and in motion. At 345 mm long, 270 mm wide and 270 mm high, the chassis carries a 170 mm wheelbase and a weight of 1,360 g without R/C units or battery pack. A Type 540 motor sits on the centerline with the battery position aligned through the middle of the monocoque frame, and power travels to the rear wheels through a fully enclosed gearbox. The drivetrain uses 3-bevel differentials and a 1:18.3 gear ratio. Front and rear tire width and diameter measure 113/70 mm, with tread figures of 265 mm at the front and 270 mm at the rear. Tires and wheels plus the gearbox and motor come pre-assembled. An electronic speed controller is included. Radio gear, a battery pack, a charger and paints are required separately. The WR-02 layout suits loose ground, packed dirt and uneven garden paths where the larger tire footprint and 4-wheel double wishbone suspension can work through bumps and ruts. On a smooth stretch, the wheelie bar lets acceleration turn into the upright Wild Willy pose that made the original such a standout.
