1:12 Lunch Box Re-Release, RC assembly kit

The Lunch Box Re-Release brings back a classic Tamiya van with a 1:12 scale body, oversized 115 mm tyres and a lifted monster truck stance that turns every run into a rolling centrepiece. First released in 1987, this RC assembly kit combines the boxy shape of a custom panel van with the tall proportions and visual punch of big-wheel off-road styling. The white ABS body and yellow ABS wheels give the model a strong period look straight from the workbench, while the side panels offer broad surfaces for custom paint and graphics. Drive comes from an included 540 brushed motor, and reverse speed control with low voltage protection is equipped for brushed running. The chassis layout stays true to the original concept with a box type frame, 2WD drive, front swing axle and rear rolling rigid suspension. That combination creates the tall ride height and lively character that made the Lunch Box such a memorable name in RC history. On tarmac, packed dirt or open paved space, the van's high stance and large tyres create an unmistakable presence as it bounces, turns and charges ahead. Radio gear, a battery pack, a charger and paints are required separately.
