The 1:10 Monster Beetle RC assembly kit brings the shape of the early Volkswagen Beetle onto a raised 2WD off-road chassis, pairing classic custom styling with the tall stance and oversized tires that made the 1986 original stand out. At 410 x 290 x 240 mm, the model has a broad, planted presence that reads clearly on the bench and on rough ground.
The body is formed in ABS, while the chassis keeps the ABS space frame layout of the earlier release. Rear universal drive shafts transfer power smoothly, and rubber boots help shield the joints from dust during off-road use. A large dust cover protects the installed R/C equipment, and the set also contains a driver figure that completes the cockpit view. The suspension layout combines double-wishbone front arms with a trailing arm rear setup, giving each axle a distinct mechanical character within the build.
This reissue suits hobby sessions that mix careful assembly with outdoor running on dirt, gravel and other uneven surfaces. Radio gear, a battery pack and a charger are required separately. Once built, the combination of Beetle bodywork, tall ride height and deep-tread tires gives each pass the unmistakable Monster Beetle silhouette.
