1:10 Opel Kadett GT/E Rally, RC assembly kit

The 1:10 Opel Kadett GT/E Rally assembly kit pairs a classic 1970s rally coupe with the adaptable MB-01 chassis for a build that combines scale presence and tunable drivetrain layout. Its clear polycarbonate bodyshell recreates the Opel Kadett GT/E in the works Opel Eurohändler team color scheme, with an overall length of 417 mm, width of 174 mm and height of 138 mm. This version uses the long 239 mm wheelbase and an MR layout with a midship rear motor and rear-wheel drive. The compact MB-01 platform also allows changes between front-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive by altering the attachment directions of the final gears and steering linkage while keeping the battery pack, motor and R/C equipment on the center frame. For rear-wheel-drive setups, the motor position can be selected low or high. Unitized sections for the motor mount, final gears and suspension keep the structure organized during the build and simplify maintenance after running sessions. Front and rear 60 mm tires suit the on-road character of the chassis, and 60D tires are specified for tire changes. The kit includes a 540 motor, an electronic speed controller, a clear body and manual. Radio gear, a battery pack, a charger and paints are required separately. The unpainted bodyshell leaves room for a faithful finish based on the rally livery shown in the kit design.
