1:10 Peugeot 306 Maxi, RC assembly kit, BT-01

This 1:10 R/C assembly kit captures the Peugeot 306 Maxi with the compact stance, widened fenders and roof spoiler that defined the rally car. The lightweight polycarbonate bodyshell comes pre-painted in Brilliant Blue with Smoke windows, and the pre-cut wheel arches plus pre-made body mount holes reduce body preparation before the chassis setup begins. At the center is the 2WD BT-01 chassis, built around a layout that can be reconfigured for 2 wheelbases and for front- or rear-wheel drive. The center frame keeps the battery pack, motor and R/C equipment positions together while changes to the final gear attachment direction and steering linkage switch the drivetrain layout. For rear-wheel drive cars, the motor position can be selected as front motor or midship rear motor. The chassis uses 4-wheel double wishbone suspension with a symmetrical structure and friction dampers, and unitized sections for the motor mount, final gears and suspension support organized assembly and maintenance. Overall dimensions are 404 mm long, 187 mm wide and 155 mm high, with a 257 mm standard wheelbase on this version. The included 540 Torque Tuned motor and electronic speed controller establish the drive package for a focused build with clear mechanical character. Radio gear, a battery pack and a charger are required separately. On the bench or in running sessions, the combination of rally bodywork and configurable BT-01 architecture gives this Peugeot 306 Maxi a strong link between scale detail and chassis experimentation.
