1:16 US MBT M1A2 Abrams, RC assembly kit

This 1:16 RC assembly kit recreates the US MBT M1A2 Abrams with a long 615 mm hull, a width of 231 mm and a height of 190 mm, giving the model the broad stance and commanding presence of the modern battle tank. The angular body captures the Abrams shape with anti-slip surface textures across the exterior, so the finished build carries scale detail that reads clearly from the glacis to the turret. Inside the chassis, a gearbox with Type 540 motors powers the running gear, while metal parts in the lower hull, suspension arms and drive sprockets form the core of the drive layout. The gun barrel control system keeps the main gun trained in one direction even while the tank moves, climbs or turns the turret, adding a distinctive mechanical function beyond simple steering. A dual speaker is included for fuller sound output during operation. The Full Option specification also supports realistic action cues through coordinated vehicle systems rather than static display detail alone. During driving sessions, turret rotation, gun movement and lighting effects create a more convincing battlefield sequence as the tank advances, pivots and changes elevation. Radio gear, a battery pack and transmitter batteries are required separately. The model is also compatible with the Battle System 53447 for interactive tank battles with other equipped vehicles.
