HG II Pointed Brush Small, modeling brush

The HG II Pointed Brush Small brings a fine round tip and very fine PBT resin bristles together for controlled detail painting on models, figures and other small surfaces. Each stroke lands softly and evenly, which helps when paint needs to follow narrow edges, pick out recessed sections or cover compact areas with a light hand. The brush uses a black handle with a silver ferrule and laser-engraved markings that identify the Modeling Brush HG line and the size in Japanese. Its solvent-resistant handle material is suited to regular use around hobby paints and thinners used during bench work. The pointed shape supports careful line work, touch-ups and finishing passes where a broader brush would cover too much at once. At the rear, the handle end has a stopper that helps prevent the brush from rolling across the table, a practical detail when the tip has just been loaded with paint. If that stopper is not needed for a particular setup, it can be cut off with side cutters. On the workbench, the small format fits tasks such as edging trim, refining painted parts and adding crisp accents to scale builds where control matters as much as coverage.
