HG II Rounded Flat Brush Small, modeling brush

The HG II Rounded Flat Brush Small brings a compact rounded flat profile together with very fine PBT resin bristles for precise paint application on model parts and other detailed hobby surfaces. Its small tip helps place colour cleanly along edges, into tight sections and across narrow panels where controlled coverage matters. The bristles have a slightly stiff feel, which supports steady stroke control while keeping the brush responsive in close work. A metal ferrule secures the bristle head to the handle, and the black solvent-resistant grip is shaped for comfortable handling during repeated painting passes. Laser-engraved markings on the handle identify the brush as TAMIYA MODELING BRUSH HG II and show the size in Japanese. At the end of the grip, a small tab helps stop the brush from rolling across the bench and lowers the chance of the bristle tip touching the work surface. This brush suits detail painting on scale models, miniatures and other small-format hobby projects where crisp edges and measured paint pickup are more useful than a wide stroke.
