Texture Clay Grass Khaki, diorama paint, 100 ml

Texture Clay Grass Khaki is a 100 ml diorama texture paint designed to give model scenery a grass-like ground surface with visible body and colour. The khaki shade reads as dry vegetation, dusty earth or sun-faded field cover, which helps small scenes move beyond a flat painted base and into more convincing terrain. The paint is intended for terrain reproduction and can be worked onto model bases, display plinths and landscape sections by hand. Its textured character makes it useful for breaking up smooth foam, board or base surfaces with a rougher finish that catches light differently across the scene. The mixture is described as containing binder, pigments, solvents and additives. At 20 °C, the safety data lists a pH value of 8.5 ± 1.5, a relative density of 1.1 ± 0.1 and full solubility in water. On a railway embankment, a wargaming base or a display stand for a finished vehicle, the khaki finish can suggest worn grassland, dry verges or sparse ground cover. Used across edges, patches and transitions, it helps connect roads, soil areas and scenic sections into one coherent landscape treatment.
