VW Golf II GTI/Rally, RC body shell, WB239mm

The VW Golf II GTI/Rally body shell brings classic hatchback lines into RC form with a transparent polycarbonate shell that is ready for a custom finish. Molded bonnet, roof, door and rear hatch details give the shape a recognisable road-car character before paint, decals or final trimming are added. Its clear, unpainted surface supports a wide range of paint schemes, while the lightweight shell format suits hobby builds where body choice shapes both appearance and fit. The widened fenders and side skirt contours push the silhouette toward a tuned street look rather than a plain stock outline. A 239 mm wheelbase reference helps when matching the shell to a suitable chassis layout and checking body post position before mounting. As a separate body component, this shell is aimed at builders who want to change the look of an existing RC car or start a fresh bodyshell project around a familiar full-size vehicle shape. On the bench, the shell can be trimmed, painted and test-fitted to refine stance and wheel placement. Once mounted, the compact 2-box profile and flared arches give touring or drift chassis a distinct period-inspired look that stands out in running sessions and display storage alike.
