LED 3mm Halogen White, model light set, TLU-01

The LED 3mm Halogen White TLU-01 brings a classic halogen-style glow to scale vehicle lighting, using a 3 mm format that suits smaller lamp housings and period-inspired body styles. Its halogen white tone is aimed at recreating the look associated with older road cars, rally machines and utility vehicles rather than a colder modern light effect. The set contains 2 high-brightness LEDs and is intended for connection to the TLU-01 Light Control Unit. That direct connection makes it a focused choice for builders planning wired illumination on compatible Tamiya model vehicles. The 3 mm lamp size can be used to depict headlights, fog lamps, position lights and reverse lamps, which opens up several authentic placement options across one shell. The wired layout and connector format support neat routing inside a body where compact lighting points matter. This light set suits projects where the visual character of the lamps matters as much as the body shape, especially on classic auto subjects and other scale vehicles with smaller light openings. It is also useful when replacing or expanding lighting on an existing compatible build. Please note the stated compatibility restriction: this set is not compatible with Multi-Function Control Units 53957, 56511 and 56523.
