The CC-01 Barrel Spring Set adds a focused suspension tuning option to compatible CC-01 chassis cars, using 6 coil springs in 3 stiffness grades to change how the chassis reacts over rough ground. Its barrel shape creates progressive damping, which means resistance increases the further each spring is compressed, giving the suspension a more measured response when the surface starts to break up.
The set contains 2 soft springs, 2 medium springs and 2 hard springs, making it possible to fit matched pairs and compare different setups with the same chassis. The springs are shown with colour bands that identify hardness at a glance, helping setup changes stay organised when several rates are on the bench.
