The M-03 Assembly Universal Shaft set brings a serviceable drivetrain upgrade to compatible Tamiya chassis with 2 cardan shafts supplied as 15-piece assemblies. Each shaft is built to be assembled and disassembled, giving direct access to the joint parts during installation, cleaning or routine running maintenance.
This set is specified for the M-03 chassis and also fits M-05, M-05 PRO, M-05 ver.II PRO, M-06, M-06 PRO and MF-01X chassis. The interchangeable references 53499, 53500, 53681 and 54410 make it easier to match an existing parts list when refreshing a drivetrain or replacing earlier shaft sets. For MF-01X chassis, the data notes combined use with 54000. The included layout shown for the set covers the shaft components, small hardware and assembly tool needed for the 2 shaft builds.
In workshop use, the take-apart construction supports regular inspection of the moving joint sections after repeated running sessions. During a rebuild of an M-chassis touring car, the set gives a clear route to replacing worn drivetrain parts while keeping compatibility across several related platforms.
