Shift Arm MD20, 3-Speed Gearbox spare part

Shift Arm MD20 is a dedicated spare part for the Tamiya 3-Speed Gearbox, intended for repair or maintenance where the original linkage component needs replacement. The supplied designation identifies this part specifically as the shift arm, making it a focused choice for transmission service rather than a general hardware substitute. Within a gearbox assembly, a shift arm has a defined mechanical task in the gear-change linkage, so the correct designated part matters when restoring function after wear or damage. The MD20 reference helps distinguish this component from other transmission pieces during parts sorting, workshop preparation and planned servicing. As a single replacement component, it suits targeted repairs that keep an existing drivetrain assembly in use without replacing unrelated gearbox parts. This spare is suited to model workshop routines such as gearbox rebuilds, maintenance checks and parts replacement during drivetrain service. It can also be kept in parts storage as a designated transmission component for future repair work on a compatible 3-Speed Gearbox.
