The M03/04/05/06 Lightweight Hollow Shaft is a stainless steel chassis upgrade for M-03, M-04, M-05 and M-06 platforms. It replaces the kit-standard 5 x 40 mm and 5 x 21 mm shafts that hold the spur and counter gears, bringing a lighter setup to a key point in the drivetrain while keeping the original function of those parts.
The set contains 2 shafts, with 1 long and 1 short version to match the specified gear positions. Their hollow construction removes 6 g compared with the standard parts, a focused change that suits builders refining weight distribution through selected components rather than broad changes across the whole chassis. The polished stainless steel finish also gives the parts a clean mechanical look when the gearbox area is opened during maintenance or rebuilds.
