W Cardan Shaft (M-Chassis), RC drivetrain set

The W Cardan Shaft (M-Chassis) brings a Double Cardan joint layout to compatible M-Chassis RC cars, giving the front drivetrain a more controlled feel as the suspension and steering work through their travel. Developed for the M-05 Ver.II R chassis kit, this Hop-Up Option is also offered as a stand-alone upgrade for selected compact on-road platforms. The set uses 2 drive shafts, 2 wheel axles, 2 joint casings and cross joint parts to build a matched left and right assembly. In use, the Double Cardan mechanism is designed to keep power transfer more consistent through steering angle changes, which is where the stated minimal deviation comes into play. The instruction reference also shows left and right orientation for the axle rings, plus a 1.6 x 9 mm shaft pin in the joint assembly. Molybdenum grease is applied to the moving contact points during assembly. Where an upright or hub carrier interferes, the instructions note trimming for clearance. Compatibility covers M-05, M-06, MF-01X and TA05 M-Four chassis cars. That makes this set a targeted choice for maintenance, rebuilds or a drivetrain update on existing M-Chassis running gear, especially when smoother joint action is the goal.
