The XV-01/T Rear Assy. Univ. Shaft 39mm set is a rear drivetrain upgrade for Tamiya XV-01 and XV-01T chassis models. Each 39 mm universal shaft is designed for the rear of the chassis, where it helps transfer drive more efficiently than a dog-bone style layout while keeping the joint engaged through suspension movement. The set contains 2 drive shafts, 2 wheel axles and 2 cross joints for a complete left and right rear assembly. Universal shaft construction reduces the tendency of a shaft to dislodge on impact, which is especially useful when the chassis is driven over uneven sections that keep the rear suspension working. The jointed layout also helps the rear wheels follow the road surface more consistently, supporting steadier power delivery as the chassis loads and unloads through direction changes.
