1:35 Ger. Sturmtiger 38cm RW61, plastic assembly kit

This 1:35 Sturmtiger plastic assembly kit brings one of the most distinctive late WWII armored vehicles to the workbench, combining the Tiger I hull with a massive 38 cm RW61 rocket launcher and a short, heavy superstructure shape. The finished model captures the compact proportions and imposing stance that made the original vehicle stand out on the battlefield. Surface detail and running gear work together to give the build its weighty character. The tracks are reproduced with a realistic sense of heaviness, while the hull layout leaves room for mounted tools, armor forms and the squat fighting compartment that define the Sturmtiger silhouette. Assembly is required, with a stated build time of 600 minutes. The main hatch on the superstructure can be built in either the open or closed position, which changes the look of the finished model without altering its core form. The set also provides moving elements that stay adjustable after assembly, adding extra handling interest once the model is complete. On a shelf, in a diorama, or alongside other 1:35 military subjects, the included figure and 4 rockets help frame the vehicle in a more complete scene.
