1:35 Ger.Tank Destroyer Jagdtiger Ea(2), model kit

This 1:35 scale Ger.Tank Destroyer Jagdtiger Ea(2) model kit recreates the early production heavy tank destroyer with the long, imposing proportions of its extended hull and 12.8 cm gun. The completely new design gives the build a crisp foundation for painting, detailing and display, while the massive form of the vehicle stands out clearly alongside other 1:35 military subjects. The kit goes beyond exterior shape with reproduced interior detail in the gun breech area and on the floor boards, giving the fighting compartment more structure where open sections draw the eye. Commander and driver torso figures are included to animate hatch positions and add crew presence to the finished scene. Spare track link racks, the jack and traveling clamps are all reproduced, with a choice of stowed or extended clamp position for a different final look. Markings for 5 vehicles of the 653rd Heavy Tank Battalion are included, opening several historically based finishing directions within one box. During assembly, the model offers different ways to approach the running gear through 2 included track styles: belt type or connectible assembly type. The photo-etched engine intake net and the separately molded road wheel disc parts reward careful finishing with finer texture and added depth. Assembly kit contents are supplied for a static display build, and cement, tools and paints are required separately.
