The 1:14 Globe Liner Cab Over brings classic American cab-over truck styling into a large electric RC build with a strong visual presence on the road and on the shelf. At 500 mm long and 183 mm wide, the model carries the stretched proportions of a highway tractor, while chrome details and radial tyres reinforce the full-size look.
The chassis uses a rear double axle drive, and rigid propeller shafts pass power to the back axles for smooth running. A 350 mm wheelbase and front and rear tread of 156 mm and 138 mm shape the stance, while the 22 mm tyre width at both ends keeps the look consistent across the truck. The 3-speed gearbox gives the build a more involved mechanical character, with ratios of 32.49:1 in 1st gear, 17.76:1 in 2nd gear and 10.66:1 in 3rd gear. At 2640 g, the assembled truck has the substantial feel expected from this scale and format.
The Globe Liner suits measured driving sessions where the long wheelbase, multi-axle layout and shifting transmission can be appreciated in motion. It also stands out as a display model, with the cab shape, chrome wheels and classic truck proportions giving the finished build a distinctive presence. Radio gear, a battery pack and a charger are required separately.
