This polycarbonate body set brings the Honda MUGEN CR-X shape to M-chassis RC builds with a compact 225 mm wheelbase layout and a distinctly low touring car stance. Flared fenders, deep bumper lines and the rear wing give the shell the sharp outline seen in classic race-prepared hatchbacks, while the clear body leaves room for a custom finish built around the included marking set.
The shell is designed for several Tamiya M-chassis platforms, including M-08 CONCEPT, M-07 CONCEPT, M-06, M-06 PRO, M-05 ver.II PRO, M-05, M-05 PRO and MF-01X. For MF-01X chassis, the specified wheel and tire size is 60D, helping the body sit with the intended visual balance. The included masking seals define the window areas before paint, and the marking guides show decal placement across the windshield, sides, rear panel and trim sections. Mounting uses body posts and 6 mm snap pins, with the shell positioned so it clears the tires and track surface.
On the bench, the body supports a focused finishing process with trimming, masking, painting and decal application. Once mounted, the CR-X silhouette changes the character of an M-chassis build with a compact, race-inspired profile suited to club running, shelf display or a fresh rebody project.
