The Sand-Viper body set brings the lean buggy shape of this Tamiya design back onto compatible chassis with a clear polycarbonate shell and matching rear wing. As a spare body parts set, it suits rebuilds, shell swaps and fresh finishing work while keeping the Sand-Viper profile ready for the bench and the track.
The main shell is supplied as 1 clear polycarbonate body, and the separate rear wing is also formed in polycarbonate for a consistent material match across the visible upper surfaces. Velcro tape is included in the set contents for mounting work. The body may be mounted on the DT-02 chassis platform as well as the TRF201 and DN-01. Stickers are not included, which leaves the exterior open to an individual paint and marking scheme based on the chosen build.
On the workbench, the transparent shell makes cut lines, mounting points and paint planning easier to read before final fitting. Once mounted, the Sand-Viper form restores the buggy's low nose, raised fender lines and rear wing silhouette, giving compatible chassis a clean replacement shell for continued running or a separate body prepared for different finishes.
