DN-01 Inner Sponge Front Kit is a front foam insert set for selected buggy chassis, built to sit inside the front tyres and support their shape while the model is running. The set contains 2 grey open-cell foam rings and is specified for DT-03, DT-03T and DT-02 chassis applications.
Inside the tyre, each insert fills the cavity between tyre and wheel so the front end keeps a more defined profile as loads shift through steering inputs and uneven ground. The donut-shaped foam form shown in the set is intended for front use, which matters when tuning the balance of a buggy around turn-in and directional control. Compatibility is stated with tyre references 51207 and 54284, giving a clear match point when replacing worn inserts or building a fresh wheel and tyre setup. The foam material also keeps the setup light compared with heavier internal fillers.
This 2-piece set suits routine maintenance, a chassis refresh or a second wheel set prepared for another surface. On a running DT-03, DT-03T or DT-02 build, fresh front inserts can help restore a more even tyre profile after repeated use and compression.
