The DF-03Ra Heat Sink Bar Set adds a functional aluminum upgrade to the motor mounting area on compatible RC chassis. A blue anodized aluminum gear plate pairs with 3 heat-sink bars to increase heat dissipation around the motor section, while the ribbed bar shape expands the cooling surface in a compact layout.
The set is designed for DF-03, FF-03 and FF-03 Pro chassis and installs at the motor plate area shown in the assembly diagram. The cooling effect can be adjusted by removing 1 or more of the bars, which allows different setups around the drivetrain space. The instruction diagram shows the bars mounted with 3 x 10 mm screws alongside the aluminum motor plate, with the motor shaft and pinion aligned into the gearbox. Gear clearance is adjusted so the gears turn smoothly after installation. Scope of delivery contains 1 heat sink set with 7 pieces.
This option part suits rebuilds, tuning work and replacement projects where the motor area is being reworked on a compatible chassis. It also adds a distinct blue metal finish that stands out when the gearbox section is opened for maintenance or setup changes.
