The TA-06 Steel Gear Diff. Unit Rear brings a complete rear differential upgrade together for TA-06 based RC chassis, combining steel bevel gears and metal cross shafts in a drivetrain assembly made for the rear gearbox. Inside the housing, the bevel gears transfer drive across the axle while the cross shafts support the internal gear action, creating the controlled differential movement needed when cornering on track.
The set groups the main assembly parts for this rear unit in one place, including a rear gear case set, a gear differential cup joint set, a gear differential gasket, 2 large bevel gears, 4 small bevel gears and a gear cross shaft. The gasket sits between the housing sections to help seal the differential during assembly. Cup joints connect the finished unit to the drivetrain, while the internal gear layout allows the left and right wheels to rotate at different speeds through turns. This makes the set useful for replacing worn parts or building a rear differential with steel internal gears instead of standard components.
On TA06, TA06 PRO, FF-03R and XV-01 chassis, the unit suits workshop maintenance, race-day servicing and focused rear-end tuning. For standard FF-03 cars, item 54398 FF03 Gear Case for Gear Differential is required separately.
