The TRF420/419/TA07 Gear Diff Unit Set brings a complete 37T gear differential build into one spare-parts package for RC chassis maintenance and drivetrain tuning. Black housing parts, internal bevel gears, shafts, O-rings, shims, gasket and screws come together as a sealed differential assembly that can be built, filled with silicone oil and fitted into a compatible belt-drive layout. The differential pulley and case use a slimmer design that saves 1.5 g compared with predecessor units, reducing weight in this rotating assembly. The construction is also more oil-tight than earlier versions, helping the silicone oil stay around the bevel gears where it controls differential action. Assembly uses the included gasket, O-rings, pins and shims to seal, space and secure the unit. The instruction sequence shows oil filling until the gears are covered, then fastening the pulley side with screws for a compact 37T differential layout. On the bench, multiple units can be built with different oil viscosities and kept ready for circuit changes or setup testing. The set fits TRF420 directly, while TRF419 and TA07 installations use shims to adjust bearing position, pulley position and clearance for the chassis in use.
