A new face is about to appear in the world of F104 category racing, as
Tamiya announces the TRF101 Chassis Kit. Based on the F104 Ver.II
chassis, it has a longitudinal battery position, and features carbon
lower deck and lower brace. Rear suspension features center pivot ball
and L/R side links with pitch and roll dampers. Small adjustments can be
made to the suspension with the use of different viscosities of oil and
spring hardnesses. Front suspension features one-piece carbon upper arms
which help heighten cornering performance. In addition, the chassis is
highly customizable thanks to newly-designed and -placed motor mount, linkage parts and so on.
About the Model
• This is a 1/10 scale R/C assembly kit.
• Features newly-designed rear carbon shaft, stoppers, motor mount, links
• Uses aluminum friction damper and TRF damper to temper chassis roll and pitch movement respectively.
• Body, wing, motor, tires, wheels, R/C equipment, ESC and battery separately sold.
