The 1:10 1991 Audi V8 Touring brings a landmark DTM racing car into RC form with the TT-02 platform underneath and a clear polycarbonate bodyshell above. Its wide sedan proportions, rear wing, side mirrors and No.45 Frank Biela markings give the finished build the stance of the 1991 championship car whether it is lining up on asphalt or resting between runs. The assembly kit pairs a shaft-driven 4WD layout with a Type 540 Torque-Tuned motor and an electronic speed controller, creating a direct, planted driving character on on-road surfaces. Two-piece mesh wheels carry racing slick tyres, matching the touring car look while supporting smooth rolling grip on paved ground. The TT-02 layout uses identical left and right suspension arms and uprights, which simplifies parts identification during the build. A 257 mm wheelbase is specified for the bodyshell, and ABS side mirrors add another scale detail to the finished car. Radio gear, a battery pack, a charger and paints are required separately. On a workbench, the clear body invites careful trimming, painting and decal placement to recreate the 1991 race livery with crisp panel lines and sponsor graphics. Once assembled, the chassis suits car park sessions, club practice laps and shelf display alike, with the historic Audi shape giving the model a strong presence even when standing still.
