The TT-02 Aluminum Motor Heat Sink is a compact cooling upgrade for TT-02 series RC chassis, pairing a finned aluminum body with a curved slide-on form that sits directly on a 540 motor. By increasing the surface area around the motor can, it helps heat dissipate more efficiently during use and supports steadier running under load.
The blue anodized finish gives the part a crisp machined appearance, while the open clamp shape is designed for straightforward mounting as shown in the instruction leaflet. Compatibility is stated for TT-02, TT-02B and TT-02D chassis. The leaflet also specifies use with Type 540 motors, RS-540 Sport Tuned Motor and RS-540 Torque-Tuned Motor, and notes that certain motor types must not be used where the terminals could contact the heat sink and cause a short circuit. When fitted on TT-02 series chassis, parts D7 and D8 are removed before attachment.
This chassis part suits bench upgrades, rebuilds and running maintenance where motor temperature management matters over longer sessions.
