These 5 mm body O-rings are small model accessory parts that make a visible difference at the body mounts. Fitted to body mount rods, they allow fine height adjustment of the bodyshell position, so the shell can sit with a more controlled fit on the chassis during setup.
The set contains 10 O-rings for replacement stock or fresh installation on compatible body posts. Their role is not limited to spacing: each ring also provides a cushioning effect between the bodyshell and the mount point. On rougher driving surfaces, that added cushion helps reduce body chatter that can appear when the shell moves against the posts over bumps. This gives the shell mount a tidier, more settled feel while the model is running.
