The 1:10 Toyota GR 86 brings modern coupe styling to a radio control build centered on the TT-02 chassis, a shaft-driven 4WD platform made for on-road running. Its 257 mm wheelbase gives the body its correct stance over the chassis, and the low, wide shape reads clearly whether the car is lining up for a first shakedown run or sitting on the bench between build stages.
The body is formed in polycarbonate and arrives as an assembly kit, so the shell is trimmed, painted and finished with markings during the build. Separate sidemirrors, light cases, masking stickers and body fittings add definition to the final look, while the body mounts are adjusted so the shell clears the tyres and track surface correctly. Front and rear suspension geometry is handled by double wishbones with coil spring damping, a layout that supports predictable handling on paved surfaces. The package also includes an electronic forward and reverse speed controller. Radio gear, a battery pack, a charger and paints are required separately.
On the workbench, the GR 86 body gives the build a clear sequence of cutting, masking and finishing steps that show off the model's detailed lines. Once assembled, the TT-02 platform suits car park sessions, smooth tarmac circuits and other paved spaces where a 4WD touring chassis can stretch out cleanly.
