The 1:14 M-B Race Truck Actros MP4 RC assembly kit brings European truck racing onto the workbench with the shape of the 2019 ETRC machine and the proven TT-01 Type-E platform underneath. Its 441 mm length, 188 mm width and 257 mm wheelbase give the finished truck the long, planted proportions that make a race hauler stand out on smooth on-road runs.
The shaft-driven 4WD layout of the TT-01 Type-E chassis gives this model its drive system and easy handling character, while the racing truck body introduces a very different silhouette from a standard touring car. The polycarbonate shell is built as a new 3-part body, separating cab, body and coupler sections for a more defined scale appearance. Height is 194 mm, adding the tall cab profile that makes the Actros MP4 instantly recognizable in motion and at rest. Parts for installing headlight and taillight LEDs are included, with LEDs and light unit required separately. A battery pack, a charger and paints are required separately.
On a clean indoor track or a smooth paved surface, the silver molded wheels and truck-specific radial tires suit steady laps and detailed body presentation alike. The sponsor markings, grille emblem and mirror parts give the finished build a race-day look that carries through whether the truck is being assembled, painted or lined up for display between runs.
